About this vintage design furniture
Superb and rare large mirror designed by Maurizio Mariani for Vivai Del Sud in Roma in the early 1970s. It mixes rattan, bamboo and Indian cane in relief, making the frame unique and very decorative. Vivai Del Sud was a renowned brand in Rome in the 1960s and 1970s, inspired by Gabriella Crespi, bringing the Mediterranean style of mixing bamboo and rattan to Italian high society. Superb quality of manufacture, entirely handmade, this mirror is very rare, very decorative, and typically seventies.
