Vintage red XXL TN52 pendant light by Torsten Orrling for Hans-Agne Jakobsson AB, Sweden 1960s

A very rare and large pendant light in powder coated metal by Torsten Orrling for Hans-Agne Jakobsson AB. According to catalogues and specialists this item was never in production. It resembles the TN52M which was a smaller version in brass. The previous location for this light is unknown but to judge from size and construction I think it is safe to say that it has been custom made for some public facility such as a restaurant or lobby. Torsten Orrling created several very successful lights for Hans-Agne Jakobsson during the 1960s. Good vintage condition with a few minor marks and dings here and there. Rewired with a new white textile cable and new E27 lamp socket for safety.
