Vintage oak and glass bookcase by UP Závody, Czechoslovakia 1950

This library from the second half of the 20th century comes from Czechoslovakia. It has been fully restored and features sliding glass doors. The material used is solid oak and oak veneer. The manufacturer is the well-known UP company Závody Rousínov. It has been repolished with polyutherane piano lacquer by our professional renovation team in the Czech Republic, in accordance with the original process. This article features elements of classic mid-century design (MCM). Elements of MCM interior design include clean lines, muted tones, a combination of natural and man-made materials, graphic shapes and bright colors. Perfect for livelier, more colorful spaces.
