About this vintage design furniture

Composed of many stylistic details, this Persian carpet "sarouk", in virgin wool, will bring a touch of ethnic and warm decoration to all interiors. In its field we find the mir motif, considered as the convergence between a stylized floral spray and a cypress, a Zoroastrian symbol of life and eternity. It is found here curved, a sign of strength and resistance but also of modesty. Three floral bands with shimmering colors frame the whole. Hand-knotted and undeniably timeless, it will be the perfect ally to create a warm atmosphere in your home. One part seems discolored by the sun for the uninitiated, but we call abrash, this type of discoloration wanted by the knotter and that we find on many carpets of Central Asia or Persia.
