About this vintage design furniture

Blue Eames Lobby Chair ES 108 designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Vitra, 1960s. This ES 108 lobby chair with beautiful blue fabric is from the early 2000s. Charles and Ray Eames designed this swivel chair for the lobby of the Time-Life Building in New York in 1960. These chairs were supplied with hopsack, wool, leather or their own fabric (see photo). The construction of the Lobby Chair resembles that of the Eames Lounge Chair. They both have three separate cushions connected by the frame and soft armrests. The condition is still very good with normal signs of use and wear, the upholstery is still intact, no holes or tears. Dimensions: h x w x d = 85 x 69 x 70 cm and the seat height is 46 cm.
