Set of 6 vintage 196 teak armchairs by Finn Juhl for France & Son, Denmark 1960s

Exceptional series of six armchairs model 196 of the Danish designer Finn Juhl.Finn Juhl is among the emblematic figures of Scandinavian furniture.These vintage armchairs are edited in the 1960s by the manufacture "France and Son" whose stamp is under the seat. These armchairs are rare to find, especially in such a series.they are worked entirely in solid teak. The upholstery has been changed for a nice textured brown fabric.The whole is in superb condition with a passage to the cabinetmaker to apply a light protective varnish. These chairs can be placed around a dining room table, meeting room, conference room or waiting room... The seat height is 44cm. Reference : 251780
