About this vintage design furniture
Elegant and original set of 2 Venini pendant chandeliers “Poliedri” model designed by Carlo Scarpa and produced during 1960s. The chandeliers are made of lacquered metal structure with typical polyhedron pendants diffusers. They are in very good vintage condition consistent with use and age, just minor negligible defects on two glass pendants pieces. The electric system has been overhauled and partially re-wired (European wiring 220V - nine E14 bulb sockets for each chandelier). This collectible piece of Italian glass art design are ready to lighting your home-living, shop or gallery!

About the designer
Carlo SCARPA
Carlo Scarpa was an Italian architect and designer, born on June 2, 1906 in Venice and died on November 28, 1978 in Sendai, Japan. He studied architecture at the Venice Academy of Fine Arts and began his career as a designer for the Venini artistic glassworks.
