About this vintage design furniture
This AJ Royal pendant in white has been designed by Arne Jacobsen in the 1960 for the SAS Royal Hotel in Copenhagen and was produced by Louis Poulsen
The lamp is an icon that follows Jacobsen's overall geometric shape concept. The spherical dome shape is simple yet complex. The circular ringed louvers on top provide a glow while still maintaining a clean domed shape.
It features five E27 Light sockets, original manufacturers label inside and is in very good original condition.
The lamp has since become a globally celebrated design icon and is one of Arne Jacobsen's most popular creations.
