Vintage teak bookcase with 2 sliding doors by Avalon, 1960s

A very long slim and elegant mid century modern book case or sideboard with 2 sliding doors, 1 teak, and 1 glass. The front edge of the top surface is very subtly curved across the width. There are 2 shelves either side which are fully adjustable using brass pegs and sockets (see photo). Glass door has frosted indent for finger sliding. A petite single brass handle sits on the teak sliding door. Produced by respected English manufacturer ‘Avalon’ Size Width 155cm x depth 28cm x height 76cm Condition: Excellent mid century condition.
